The Office of General Affairs is mainly in charge of handling the general affairs of the whole university and providing each administrative support in the university, including receiving and sending of official documents and mails, property management, procurement, vehicle dispatching, site borrowing, building cleaning, fire safety, management of renovation works of university buildings, as well as payment and appropriation of each expense, etc. The main tasks of the Office of General Affairs include:

●Safeguarding the campus safety.
●Providing the best work guidelines and consulting of the general affairs.
●Promoting the vision of green university.
